Wolves and other wildlife in Yellowstone in Winter

Many years ago, I watched the PBS Nature documentary In the Valley of the Wolves, which I loved. Recently, I listened to Raised by Wolves, as segment of This American Life, narrated by Rick McIntyre, about Wolf 8 and Wolf 21 (father and son). I also heard him talk about The Reign of Wolf 21 on Living on Earth.

Late January, I decided to go to Yellowstone and watch wolves. I did a search, and snagged the last opening on a tour with Yellowstone Wild Tours.

While waiting for the trip, I bought a new camera and lens, and a house.
