Last day – the whole trip went fast!
After walking around the lodge and finding some new birds, we walked through the forest. Saw some more birds.
Then we climbed up a platform – a guy would put food in a bucket and haul it up for the monkeys to eat.
We then walked a little further to a high platform overlooking the forest and river. It was too high for me, so I handed my camera to Sheila and stayed below.
Raul explained that normally, we would head back to the lodge by boat, but the river was far too low, so we walked back.
It was very hot.
After lunch and siesta hour, we were driven a short distance to a different part of the river with a little more water.
