Russ & I drove on Friday from Seattle to Spokane. On Saturday, we met up with Beth and Tom (also traveling to Montana for the ride) and had breakfast with Spokane locals, Patricia and Kay
We then drove to Flathead Lake and had lunch with Gary and Joyce at their house on the lake.
We met Dick at Wood’s Bay — he drove his DeLorean to the start, but I couldn’t convince him to let us use it as a sag vehicle.
That evening, Gary, Joyce, Russ, me, Beth, Tom, and Gene ate at a local saloon called “Mooses” — sawdust on the floor, good pizza. We started drinking Moose Drool beer there also.
Next day, blissful day of nothing to do. Dick, Russ, and I found a nice place for lunch on Flathead Lake.
